At Effective Body Therapies I provide a wide range of massage treatments, from relaxing/de-stress treatments, sports and remedial massage, to manual lymphatic drainage and Scenar® therapy, all aimed to aid your path to optimum health and pain-free living.
Pain management is a speciality and people come to me from across the age groups to treat many conditions including, but not limited to, sporting injuries, post-operative pain, posture issues and ongoing chronic pain conditions, ie. strains, sprains, stiff necks (including whiplash), lower back pain, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, migraines, sciatica, carpel tunnel, golfers/tennis elbow and many more.
All treatments work synergistically with existing medication programmes, and I also offer the benefit of Scenar and ultrasound treatments.
